Welcome to SlavLove, a private, marriage-focused matchmaking platform designed to connect sincere men with women of integrity—rooted in transparency, safety, and trust.

 

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. Eligibility

 

You must be 35 years or older to use this service. By using SlavLove, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to enter into binding contracts.

2. Service Description

 

SlavLove provides personalized matchmaking and relationship support services, including:

 

  • Secure profile matching

  • One-on-one introductions

  • Chaperoned video calls

  • Coaching and cultural guidance

  • Identity and background verification

  • Guidance for the visa (K-1) process, permanent residency or citizenship 

 

We are not a mass-market dating app. Our goal is sincere, long-term connection.

 

3. Partner Relationship

All users are considered partners in the process. SlavLove reserves the right to accept or reject any individual based on internal vetting and alignment with our mission of safety, dignity, and mutual respect.

4. Safety & Verification

​

  • All male users must complete a background check (criminal and financial) after initial mutual interest and prior to direct contact.

  • Women are screened and verified via video and profile reviews.

  • Refusal to participate in verification steps will result in removal from the platform.

 

5. Payment and Refunds

​

Fees apply upon signing the Statement of Work (SOW).

All payments are non-refundable, as services are customized and begin upon enrollment.

Background check fees are processed after payment and shared with mutual matches only.

 

6. User Conduct

​

You agree not to:

  • Harass, exploit, or defraud others

  • Misrepresent your identity or intentions

  • Share explicit, AI-generated, or fake content

  • Pressure or threaten other users for communication or money

​

Violations may result in permanent termination of your account, at SlavLove’s sole discretion.

7. Termination

 

SlavLove reserves the right to remove any user or terminate access based on behavior we determine to be unsafe, disrespectful, or misaligned with our values. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

 

8. Privacy

 

Your personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure storage through Wix and Google services and will never sell your information.

 

9. Disclaimers

 

SlavLove makes no guarantees of romantic success. While we screen profiles and facilitate introductions, your interactions are your responsibility. You accept all risk associated with meeting or communicating with others.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 

SlavLove shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service. Our liability is limited to a percentage of the fees you paid us.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SlavLove harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the platform, including breach of these terms or inappropriate conduct.

12. Governing Law

​

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in North Carolina.
